Within Australia. Please allow 5 working days for delivery. West coast and Tasmania please allow 7 working days. NB. Personalised orders take a minimum of 3-4 weeks for production and delivery. Due to problems experienced with deliveries, we no longer deliver by courier. We deliver by Australia Post Express Delivery. We recommend a work address if more convenient. P.O. Boxes allowed. No C.O.D. No Saturday deliveries. Fees General delivery fee: $10.00 AUD inc.gst. Robes and towels: $20.00 AUD inc.gst. Cities and most areas. If multiple articles have been ordered, only one delivery fee will be charged. Fees for robes and towels may vary depending upon the final destination. Remote country areas may incur an extra fee. If this is the case, you will be contacted for payment of the difference before goods are released.

Duties for Overseas Customers including New Zealand. All prices are in Australian dollars and include the Australian GST. The prices within the online store do not include relevant overseas duties and other custom charges that you may incur. Returns To return an item(s), please send an express post
or registered mail bag. Include a note indicating the reason for the return. Send the returned item(s) to Just Weddings Pty Ltd c/o The Silent Partner 65 Hume street Crows Nest NSW 2065. Goods must be returned
within 21 days of the order date - unworn and unwashed. Goods not returned in an
express post or registered post bag will not be exchanged in the event of loss.
justWeddings reserves the right to refuse payment of a refund or to substitute
an exchange in the event of loss. Please do not reuse our courier bag.
Refunds justWeddings does not refund purchases as in
accordance with our terms of use of this site. See disclaimer. If you are
unhappy with your choice, justWeddings is happy to exchange your purchase with
an alternative in the range. If you would like to exchange, please follow the
same instructions as above indicating your requirements, and include a paid self
addressed express post bag for redelivery within Australia. Any difference in
the original cost price must be paid for before goods are released.
Cancellation Policy Orders placed less than 10 working
days prior to the wedding date (21 working days for personalised orders) will not be guaranteed to arrive before the
date. Every effort on the behalf of justWeddings will be made, however we
cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen
circumstances (eg: Strikes, floods, remote areas etc.). Cancellations will incur
a 100% charge. On all other orders, cancellations must be made within 24 hours
of ordering. Cancellations made after 24 hours, provided the package has not
been dispatched, will incur a 10% charge for processing. If the package has been dispatched and is in transit,
cancellations are not accepted.
Exchanges If you would like to exchange colour or style,
please follow the same instructions as above indicating your requirements, and
include a paid self addressed express post bag for redelivery within Australia.
If possible please include an alternative as we may have sold out of your first
choice. For overseas exchanges cost will be at original freight charge. Please
do not reuse our courier bag.
Refunds and exchanges are processed within 72 hours of receipt. Make sure
your name, address, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated.
NB. We try to keep our prices consistent throughout our catalogue, our expo
displays and online store. Occasionally, our pricing may be slightly
different due to special promotions or mark downs that are only available
through our online store and expo shows. Special product mark downs or promotions
that appear within our online store are only available when ordering online
unless otherwise stated.
